Bloc 2012

Just want to check, is there any way that a deposit can be left for booking Bloc 2012? I'm sure I read this somewhere in the guide but can't see any way of doing this online. Can't quite muster up the full amount yet!
(this is obviously once we get a nod that the security is not gonna be populated with a minority of thugs like this year. If it is don't think I'll want to go back)
