Travelling from different locations

Post by Morter »

One of our party is travelling from London, the rest (including lead booker) are going from Bristol. What do we do about this, as the e-ticket says the lead booker needs to show ID for the coaches... Also, does everyone have to check in at the same time, or can the lead booker get the 5 people from Bristol in, then go back a little later to check the London guy in?

11 days to go!! :dancing:

Don't know about the travel, but it's dead easy to get other people in and wristbanded up later. Once the lead booker is sorted it's simple. We had ten last year, arrived at various times and it was no problem. Just make sure the lead booker isn't the last one there!
