question about checking in
Hey- one of our party could be arriving later than the rest of us. Will we have to check in all together (ie: wait for the last person) or can the last person check in later if she is with the lead booker and has all the correct documentation with her?

dont quote me on this but i believe only the lead booker needs to check in and they are given all the room keys and wrist bands, so your mate would just have to meet you lot once they arrive

the lead booker checks in and gets all the keys in a little info pack but then you go into another really noisy room and theres a guy who clips the wristband on?
