I'm filling the forms but i can't understand what does it means on the card disclaimer the " Issue Number (switch)".
Can somebody help me?

If you use a Switch card, fill in the issue number. If it doesn't, leave it blank.

Yes i know my card is normal but i would like to know if the issue numer are the 3 small numbers on the back side of the card.
Beacuse is no normal to give that numbers to anyone.

No that isn't the issue number, don't give that number.
You only have an issue number if it is a Switch/Maestro, (if it is your first card it will be 1) it is stated clearly on the front of the card if you have one.
If it is a visa, mastercard etc... it will not have an issue number and normally has a start date instead
